Purchase conditions

General information

These purchase conditions applies to Apparatus AS, Østerskogen 90, 4879 Grimstad, NORWAY. The brand sold in this webshop is called 'Brewtools' and products related to the brands product category.

By ordering from the Brewtools webshop, the order amount will be captured upon order confirmation. The payment is regarded an advance payment until the goods has been delivered. An invoice will be generated when the order ships from our warehouse. The products will ship in the same order they came in, and we practice a first-come-first serve policy. The expected delivery date can be found on the product page for each product.

Our products are partly made by hand by skilled workers. This means that some products might have some cosmetic imperfections that will not affect the function of the product. 

Prices and delivery

The prices are given in different currencies and the selected currency should be visible on the product page and in the cart before checkout. Orders for delivery outside Norway, will not include Norwegian VAT, and the goods will be exported from Norway to the destination country. Apparatus AS / Brewtools is not responsible for VAT or other taxes/fees in the destination country. The forwarder/shipping agent will normally take care of the import charge, VAT and duties in the destination country.


The customer is responsible for giving the correct shipping address when ordering. The order will normally ship out within 1-3 working days if the product is in stock. 

If the product is damaged upon delivery, the receiver must immediately alert the shipper via e-mail. It's important you give us all the information related to the damage. If the packaging is damaged, please make sure to report this to the delivery courier.

If the customer is unable to import the product for reasons outside our control, and the order is returned without being declared in the destination country, we will refund the order subtracting the initial shipping cost and return shipment costs.

US customer must have a valid Social Security Number or a company to be able to import the product. The forwarder will ask this information of you before customs handling

Warranty and complaints

The warranty for the product is 2 years, unless other rules apply for the destination country. If the customer has problems using the products sold in this store, he or she must contact the seller as soon as the problem occurs.
